Vegan Vegans don't eat any foods of animal origin. This includes meat, fish and dairy foods, and also honey.
Vegetable Any parts of any plant that are edible but do not develop from a flower. The edible parts of a plant could include seeds, nuts, fruit, roots, tubers, bulbs, leaves, or stems.
Vegetarian Vegetarians don't eat any meat, fish, seafood or animal by-products such as gelatine, but the majority of vegetarians do eat some animal products, mainly milk, cheese and eggs.
Some people eat a mostly vegetarian diet, but also eat fish.
Vitamins A variety of organic substances which can be used in our daily diet to create a normal metabolism. They are found naturally in foods or can be created synthetically.
